  I have never been to a bar as terrible as this. The bartender displayed extremely unprofessional and rude behavior towards me the entire night, which I obviously did not appreciate. It all started from the moment I entered the bar during one of their karaoke nights, which I was invited to by the owner of the karaoke service (a personal friend). Upon showing up, I approach the bar and ask the head bartender if she could make me a Bloody Mary. She gives me a strange look and in a very snarky tone, said "NO ...okay fine I will, I just don't make them very often." I let it slide as I was in a good mood.
  
  Well at that point I realized that I didn't have any cash on me, so I proceed to ask if the bar accepted credit cards (it's 2015, most bars do and have for years). She smirked and said "no..." as if that was the craziest thing she ever heard. She then tells me that the ATM is over in the corner, to which I go over there to get cash out. Well I kept on getting error messages from the machine saying it wouldn't accept my pin and kept cancelling the transactions. I went over to the bartender, told her that something was wrong with the ATM, it wouldn't accept my pin. Her response was this: (again in a snarky tone) "What do I look like your personal ATM person?!"then asks for my ID ...I then said well I can't get any cash out. She said "Well then you don't get your drink!" in again a rude tone. I walked down to the end of the bar, stood for a couple minutes and she comes down and says "fine you might as well take your drink since it'll be wasted anyway."
  
  At that point I just decided to focus on singing and, after finishing my Bloody Mary, didn't order another drink. Now I have never, since turning 21 in 2004, been treated so poorly by bartending staff. I did not appreciate the extremely rude behavior and will not be returning to Franny's ever again. Even if that bartender was having a bad day, or just didn't trust me, she still should kept her attitude professional and respectful. When someone works for a business, no matter what kind, they should ALWAYS treat their customers with a professional and respectful demeanor. If you're upset about something, stressed, or just not feeling well, I don't care - you plaster a fake smile on your face and you do your job at the best of your ability. If you can't do that, then maybe a service job isn't for you.
